Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup cocoa
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup oil
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup powdered sugar, for rolling

Steps

1. Mix all the ingredients except the powdered sugar into a soft dough
2. Chill the dough 30–60 min
3. Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Roll into small balls and coat well in powdered sugar
4. Bake 10–12 min, until the tops crack
5. Let them rest on the tray 5 min before moving
